Knackered Cat
« on: 26 October 2007, 13:36:02 »

My drivers side cat has started to rattle today so i'm presuming it's now goosed.  How hard are they to replace and where's a decent (by that i mean cheap) place to get them from?

As it's failed I guess that could be a good reason why the car failed it's MOT on emissions back in April.

£64.80 brand new with buypartsby

Genuine GM would be better though, maybe a known good used one.

Yeah i looked at buypartsby, it's actually almost £90 when you add VAT and P&P.

But are they any good? I've had a few bits from there with previous cars and I found somethings to be a bit hit and miss quality wise.
