Use a very small flat screwdriver, the 1st switch i find is always the hardest.

When you have a switch out the others come out quiet easy.

I just leaver it left, right, left, right.

Do you have the soft switches or hard switches?

Use a cloth to cover the switch you want to remove.

They simply pull out, but its easy to damage the switch (and adjacent ones) with any level, so take care to protect them :)
