Could someone please tell me what would be wrong, everytime i turn my cars stearing to the right there's a loud crack, and i've only noticed tonight that my passengers tyre is worn to the inside. :-/

Have similar sort of problem myself at the minute mate, I changed the trackrod end, and checked the Steering Idler Arm, jacked the passenger wheel up, put my hands at 3 and 9 o'clock and wiggled, if the steering idler is worn it should lift vertically.
Another thing to try is get someone in the car to wiggle the steering wheel, while you are looking underneath. My pasengerside wishbone was moving so ordered a couple today of ebay as you are supposed to do them in pairs....
