Hello!

Guys, does someone have any experience on the differences between a 2.2i Opel Omega engine and a 2.2i Vauxhall Omega engine. Is there any differences between the two at all or they are the same? The engine code is z22xe for both!

I have seriuos oil consumption and I was offered to buy a Vauxhall engine for a nice price with full history, the problem is that I would need some experts (hopefully YOU

) who confirm that I can replace my old engine with the Vauxhall one.

Same lump from the same factory......also used in the Frontera and Sintra (but NOT the Astra and Vectra).
