did the service access request last night, when i asked for the address i was quizzed as to why i want it, i told the operator, within an hour i had someone who claimed to be a call centre manager contacting me in order to establish details.

his first question was 'what can we do to assist you in this matter'

just for a laugh i gave him a whole host of requests, one of which was to take me out of contract, he agreed to most of them there and then. ;D :y

the last couple he is calling me about today

It always works  :y

right the gloves are off  >:( >:( >:(

Orange have not responding to my calls about this and there are no supporting notes, yet another breach of DPA as all calls should be logged.....

Have now handed it to OFCOM and also the information commisioners office, i am livid about this and they are acting irrisponsibly

you`ll do well now, every complaint about a teleco company to otelo/ocfom costs the company in question £425 just for the complaint to be looked at

Expec,t once the regulators get involved on your behalf with Orange, that you receive a nice offer  ;)

well after some heated discussion Orange have admitted they were in the wrong on a couple of points...

The person who called me back was not a manager and so had no authority to agree to my requests, and Orange were not willing to honour the requests either  >:(

However they were willing to pay for the last 3 phone bills.....she said that and then looked at my useage  ;D ;D ;D £726...result
I am now out of contract and my next upgrade will be FOC and will only be a 12 month contract, extra 200 mins & 200 text for month for ever annd 20% discount on my line rental for ever.......

I was happy with the £726, the rest was a big bonus
