ive just got new plugs from vaux, drivers side were rotten, cant suss out how to get passenger side out though. undid the 2 support bracket screws but the tray doesnt move far enough to get at other plugs. help needed.

also i wanted new hbv to see if thats the other leak i have but vaux sold last 2 saturday. had to order 1. whos leaking water as well ???

oil change tonight. looking forward to it  :(

Hi,
To change passenger side plugs.

I have always had to take the top off the cable tray,(with great care or you will break the small clips) lift the wires out, then tie them with a piece of string or wire to the bonnet strut, and remove the cable tray.

Other way I have heard of but not tried, is to leave cable tray fastened to plenum, undo plenum from inlet manifold and the move whole thing to the left (looking at it)

Don't forget some anti sieze on plug threads when re fitting, and only tighten to 25 Nm.
