Hi mate,

Yes, I read it tonight.

I understand you're keen to get the oil leak sorted and it's great you can strip the belts off etc in preparation for this.

At the moment, I feel too weak to undo a spark plug let alone a crank bolt  :'( ..  

In terms of parts, don't spend too much until the oil leak is fixed and you know it's OK. I would just get the crank seal, which I recall is just over £20 from vx.

No problem mate. It's been an ongoing thing draining me for a while.. I am going to see the doc again.

I guess I could always come and watch and bark instructions ;D

That would be really great if you could manage that!!

 I'm pretty practical so, so long as there is someone there who understands what needs to be done and the correct way to do it, then I can follow instructions..

(Just don't tell this to SWMBO, she may get wrong ideas  ;D ;D ;D)

If you're up to supervising I'm ready to do the donkey work.. and there's plenty of refreshments for anyone who wants to join in!!   :y
