hey martin,theres a nice sounding engine, a deltic flat out through peterborough station on its way to the cross.these new stations nice and clean but no charecter

Yup... and the 6 mobile cranes to put it up and then take it down don't come cheap either...  the thing went up in under a week, then one night they had an event there, with torches lighting the way and dignitaries wondering around the place, and then they took it off... perhaps they were demonstrating the building technique to potential buyers?....

It still does apparently... it is difficult to see in the picture but there's a Cat D9 ploughing the field (or more like levelling it).
