The screw/bolt you were playing with adjust the pressure in the system. without the correct program system to tell what the bar pressure the system is working at you will have no idea.

i would return it to its original position. the fault is unlikely to be the pressure from the tank.

i would take it to a lpg garage who has the software and get them to plug it in and have a check of your systems.
