I HAVE FORGOT TO GET A LOW RENCH THAT WILL GO DOWN TO 8NU

IS THERE A WAY TO DO IT BY HAND/FEEL

8nm is a VERY light "nip" ..

If you have a screwdriver type drive rather than a "crank" type handle I'd use that .. or just a socket and extension bar .. without the ratchet handle.  

It is far harder to overtorque just with the wrist  if you see what I mean ....  :(
