Obtaining door check strap plastic washers/insert?

Have tried my local Vaux dealer who says he can't get the white plastic washers/ inserts that control the door opening.
Anyone got any suggestions as to where I can get them, all the OOF wisdom says I need to change them asap.

He's having you on ... part no 90462823 - bushing 24p each.. he can't be bothered to have such a small item sent thats all
