« on: 25 August 2008, 16:56:38 »

Hi , i have a 1999 omega B 3.0ltr elite & the problem with the climate control is when set to hi it blows hot air , adjust to lo and it blows cold air , then adjust back to hi it still blows cold air . maybe next day or after and you have left the setting to hi , it blows hot air again . I have read this forum and maybe a broken flapper or motor faulty ? , Has anybody got idea's & what the cost maybe ?

Try resetting the climate control first, hold the auto and off buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds, you will here the motors running see if that helps first :y

Turn ignition off, hold down OFF and AUTO whilst turning ignition on and hold it for min of 5 seconds, this will sync it.

When you turn ignition off, do you get a "--"?
