When I try and start up in the morning, the car usually refuses to start first time but definately starts on the second go. If I depress the gas pedal when trying to start first time then it is usually ok, but will start on the second go for sure. never used to do this and would start first time without depressing the gas.

There are some guides on the site for cleaning out IVAC's but these refer to the 2.0l version. Whats the best thing to investigate on the 3.2 v6? Just worried this may get progressively worse.

Also when idling I've noticed the idling can go through a very slight rough idle for a second or two and then return to normal. Rev needle very slightly moves. Is this possibly related?

A/C is running all the time as it is rather hot.
