Mud flaps

This sounds a bit wussie but can anyone recomend a set of mud flaps for my facelift mega. The ones I have at the mo' when the car is loaded. keep rubbing on the road and have started to fall apart

AFAIK most mudflaps fitted to Miggys do the same. The car actually sits quite low, and has a fair amount of suspension travel in order to be as comfortable as it is ... mudflaps seem to get ripped off by "sleeping policeman" very easily. I took them off the old miggy for that reason and won't fit them to this one..

Just my thoughts .. :)

Problem is I think mud flaps just seem to finish the car off.

the genuine ones are prone to 'catching' the floor, mine are in terrible condition as a result......

i agree they do finish the car off, but this is one of those times when i would say don't bother, one of mine has literally stripped the paint off with its excessive movement

Trouble is the car is  a solid, not metallic,brown. You only have to look at it and a scrurpe appears. :'(
Surely someone makes soft mud flaps :-/

Just to second that Vx mudflaps when fitted to our old Omega 2.0 cd scraped the floor regularly and ended up well chafed !!!

Got 2 good condition Vaux rear mudflaps here...off a saloon so should fit straight on...98 elite so nice silver Vaux logo on them...

Cheers but its the front ones that I need. The front of this car is very low when not loaded and is like a snowplough when braking. Thanks for the offer though :y
