id think it needs  a full geometry check just to be certain as it can alter camber and tracking

Wishbones are easily bent if you're not carefull while pressing bushes in.

The tracking (toe) setting will not make the vehicle pull to one side. Most likely the camber has been affected. When it is re-set, ensure it is set to around 1o10' - 1o15' rather then the factory setting of 1o40' , as this often causes excessive shoulder wear.

if your happy both wishbone bushes on both sides and stearing idler are fine and your sure you dont have any broken springs then its got to be worth a full geometry set up. Tracking just doesnt cover the numerous settings on the omega, and all of those settings are prone to change as bushes/springs and joints wear and sag over time. Hth
