Omega Seat Removal
« on: 18 October 2008, 00:09:37 »

I would like to transfer some leather seats from a 2001 Omega to a 2002 Omega, I am aware that if I do it wrong the airbag / pre tensioners will go off. What is the right way to remove the seats ?

Any Guidance appriciated

Turn ignition on then switch off and disconnect battery within 15 seconds to prevent alarm sounding then carry on with removal :y

Also do not reconnect battery until after you have finished and installed everything...

Plus if the facelift seats have the little red tags for the front seats which I suspect they do still...make sure you put them in before doing anything else...and make sure you remove them when finished...
