Will be needing a new waterpump to go with my Gates cambelt kit and have contacted the Ebay seller I'm going to buy it from to see if he has a decent waterpump.

He responded saying that he stocks waterpumps made by Firstline - has anyone used or even heard of this make of pump? TIA

First like are massive, serving the trade rather than joe public i think, might be why most people have not heard of them. Most independents have a phew shelves of first line stuff in stock. However, tend to be cheap end of the market and i have had issues with their wheel bearings. Other stuff has been ok. Never had a water pump though.

I dont rate them....again, I tend to source contitech or QH water pumps for these jobs.
