Get it repaired :y

Common fault easyish repair

I see your a bit of a dab hand at repairing them Martin - Once I get the new one up and running maybe you would take a look at the broken one and give me an estimate :)  I am going to get another key cut for the car so that I have 2 fully working keys for future  :y[/quote]

If the switches are getting difficult (common problem - they wear) I'll repair holder and new switches for £10 including first class recorded postage back

Holder alone is £8, it actually takes longer to repair properly than replace 3 switches, but no parts beyond brass wire used

Well I shall be in touch Martin - will PM you when I get the new one set up .

And can confirm that the alarm does not self-arm when i lock it by leaning through the back door etc, it unlocked using the key this morning and alarm did not trigger.

Also - can you only get a key cut at the dealers??
