Hi all

I'm putting back my camshafts (left hand pass side). I did not note the orientation when I took them off. How can I tell which way each sprocket fits on to the camshafts? :-?

There should be a nipple on the end of the Cams, which locates into the Cam Pulley Wheel. Number 1 & 2 (drivers side) only have one cut in the Cam Pulley Wheel, numbers 3 & 4 two cuts each, you will see if you look into the Cam Pulley Wheel the numbers 3 & 4 on each, the left cut being 3, the right cut being 4. hope this makes sense

Notch on edge to line up with the marks on the top of the casing and crank mark lines up with mark on casing in 6 o'clock position

I think I understood it , but I am ok with the pulley to cam as I noted wich ones came from where - what I am not sure about, is for each pulley, how do I know if it's on right or out by 180 degrees?

Because there is only one number 1, and only one number 2 stamped on them, if you locate the nipple into the whole happy days. Make sure your crank is turned 60 degrees before TDC before putting all the cams back on.
