OK I drove it to work this morning and no clunking when applying the brakes hard. No other banging or knocking sounds from the suspension, just a feeling that it was skipping over the bumps and the vibration of this getting to the steering wheel.

I also tried the 'push down on the front wing' thing. The wing came back up, but 'bounced' (slightly) one more time before settling. Does that sound like tired shocks?

If so; any recommendations as to where to get them done in South/West Yorks would be greatly appreciated. I get the impression that Kwik-Fit and the like are not very much trusted by Omega owners? I would be willing to travel further afield for an especially recommended fitter who understands Omegas.

Any comments would be appreciated.
