headlamp washer

hello, i'm trying to remove the headlamp washer nozzles on my pre facelift elite, but i have a real knack of being heavy handed. so could any body please tell me how not to break anything while i attempt it.

Heres a facelift one (I think)....  Prefacelifts are a little different...


Couple of prongs underneath that you need to disconnect but, that said, if you gently pull the whole assempbly away from the bumper it exptends on a tube.  Once done, you will see whats holding it together.

They pull off easy - sometimes too easy :-/
