Maybe I'm being abit 'fick' :-[, but I've seen other posts recommending "genuine VX oil" here.

Surely that oil is manufactured by Shell/Mobile etc and Vx slap a sticker on it?  ::) and as long as you use a good brand and the consistancy that Vx recommend? :-/

I need to change mine soon so any advice/education appreciated :)

One of the most obvious reasons for recomending Vx's own is due to the cost if bought using a Trade Club card. It's almost always on a 4 for the price of 3 offer which makes it around a tenner a gallon!  :y  :y  :y
