Replacing wing miorrors

Can't find this in the maintainance section, could be me being blind.
Any ideas on how easy this job is? Any advice or coments welcome. :y

Can somebody point out that it's called North Wales for a reason, lol. Every one of my southern friends always says "How do you fancy coming up to see us or well come down to you." NORTH means up. DOGH!!!!

Once the tweater speaker & housing are prised off, there ae just 3 screws holding it in place .... plus the wiring to unplug. I think I'd to remove the top corner of door trim though to remove the trim (preface lift)

mirrors are off although 4 of total 6 total screws holding mirrors on sheared in the process, OOPS. Didn't look how easy the covers might come off any hints?

still not got round to trying the covers. bit ashamed that we snapped the screws and need to drill them out and re tap them. DOH!!!! :(
