cam cover's / breathers .... what bits needed ?

has anybody got a list of bits i need to do my cam cover seals and breather's ?  :y

vx part numbers or best place to get bits would be great if possible and approx cost ( Ive no trade card yet )  :y

front left hand plug well is filling up with oil and the cars coughing and farting at the moment  :'(

can  the breather box be removed easy with the engine in place ?

any advise or tips would be great

ps  indicator stork is packing up so its time to fit cruse  :y
any of you lads got a kit for a pre mod v6 manual ?

cheers rob,  had the same problem 2 months ago.
the breather pipe on the top of the cover was blocked solid  >:(
cleaned it out but it looks like im going to have to do the lot  :'(

any tips other then whats in the guide ?

bought the car in january of e bay and had nowt but problems with it since.  >:(
