Glove box out and fan assembly out and you will see it.

Bit of a bugger to get at the bolt holding it in place.

Thanks Mark.

I knew this was going to be a pain..have found a damaged compressor which has pushed swarf around system,so we are flushing all through ,but wanted to replace valve just to be totally sure all was out.

Its definately all round the system.....the filter dryer has not caught it all then?

Any signs of it in the condenser?

What a pain getting valve out..managed it though so we  are now flushing it all through..will be replacing the compressor(as knackered and expecting refund as warranty)and drier..condenser seems fine as flush now running clear with no more swarf.
Great job this in the rain..now to put half the dash back together and have a wrestle with the new compressor..I just love these days.

it is virtually impossible to sucessfully flush a parallel flow condenser, serpentine condensor only. :y
