Omega 2.2 DTI 3&4 cyl problem

Hi, noticed that my engine wasnt running smooth, i started to check for problems. loosened the diesel pipes when it was running and guess what. when opening pipe to  the 3 and 4 cylinder it was nearly no change in rpm, but on 1 and 2 the engine stalls and runs even rougher.

Anyone knows if this is an common problem?

Will start with compression tomorrow. suspects that head gasket is leaking between 3&4....

Egr, is cleaned and no eml.. also no fuel leaks. car starts easy, and runs without smoke..
