Can anyone tell me how the non return valve on exhaust system works?
SAI pump removed, as well as hose from SAI pump to vacum disc/solenoid...

Something along the lines of a ball-bearing on the end of a spring.  See wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Check_valve.

Blow one way and it lets stuff by cos the ball can move back against the spring, blow t'other way and the spring helps it seat/seal.

Aha, thanks.
I removed  rubber hose connected to valve, and it starter blowing out dust and shit as I increased the rpm. This is wrong, right...?

Sounds like it's not seating right.  Take it off and have a go at cleaning?
