engine temperature instrument wire HELP
« on: 19 June 2009, 14:36:00 »

Had valve gasket done by repairman, and he detached the wire for the temperature instrument somewhere. Where is this blasted wire located on the engine?? I cannot wait for him to put it back on cause must wait entire weekend >:(
Pic would be useful of course

Really can't remember on 2.2 - seem to recall round the back somewhere. Best wait for a 2.2 owner to check

As TB says. At the rear of the engine. Temp. gauge wire has single terminal, ECU temp. sensor has two-way connector
