Weather strip ?

Is the strip, that is just above the sill on the body ,parallel with bottom of doors called a weather strip ? and how easy to remove and fit one ? :y it runs the length of the sill and both doors

If its the rubber strip your on about,i am pretty sure it just clips on and off. :y
