Idle speed (2.2 petrol)
« on: 18 July 2009, 23:21:39 »

My 2.2 cdx (manual) is running great except that it is very slow to return to idle speed when stopping at junctions etc. It is about 1200rpm when stopping but drops to normal tickover gradually over about 10 seconds. Any ideas as to the cause? :-/

Clean out the throttle body and breathers, butterfly is probably sticking.

Full instructions in 'Maintenance Guides'.
