I cant believe that any sane person no matter what their religion would consider having the children in the class name the class teddy bear Mohamed as a blasphemous act......its one of the most common names in Sedan anyway!

Its bloody stupid.

The best of it is that Sudan has BIG problems and there is a woman who is devoting her life to try and help improve things.....and this happens.

The only answer is.....get out, pull the aid, stop the immigration from Sudan and chuck the diplomats out....

One track mind-you just cant stop thinking about cars ;D

Look what's happening now...

Thousands have taken to the street calling for her to be excecuted.

Religion has caused countless wars and millions of unnecessary deaths...plus, you will NEVER win an argument against religion as there is no logic to it. Before anyone jumps up and down on me, I am not being a racist nor anti-religion, but people use religion for an excuse for anything.

I was bought up a Catholic. I am, and have always been, a non-believer.

Live and let live.

I think this is a bit muddled...

"..Our country is losing its way with religion.."

I think our country is one of the most open when it comes to religion.  Schools are teaching our kids to recognise that there may be more than one valid religion; and I think many people are open to the idea that having no religion at all is a perfectly acceptable viewpoint too.

"Brits know when they go over to Spain if they are stupid they will get it, no messing about, that is a fact.."

Fine - but this is more to do with law & order rather than religion surely?

Cheers,
Baz.

What I meant is when in rome do as the romans do!

and send the christians to the lions
