I think the way it works is:- All sunroofs are prone to leak, so the manufacturers fit drains, so it does sound like yours is blocked. Not sure where the drain is on an Omega, but it is worth finding it & giving it a good "Proddling" with a bit of curtain wire.

It's a blocked drain(s)
You will find a small hole in the front corners of the roof frame
Gently probe with a piece of plastic covered wire as used with net curtains
Do not be rough with your probing as you may dislodge the pipes that run down to under the wings
You will know when clear as water will run out onto the road

And the rear  ;), you can see where the pipes go through the boot floor near the petrol cap release motor & at the front of the spare wheel well.   :y  :y

As said, the seal on the sunroof isn't water tight, it's a felt/fabric isn't it - & I ain't going out to check, it's dark  ;) - and any water that gets passed it is designed to drain to the floor via the 4 tubes, one in each corner.

Your drain tubes are still blocked.  I doubt if MIG wire will shift the blockages and you run the risk of it puncturing the plastic drain tubes.  As suggested earlier, use curtain wire.

Elite now gone.  Bought an X-Type 4x4.  If there had been an Omega 4x4 I would have bought that instead.  We really liked the Omega, but I wanted 4x4.
