been phoning me all day , been trading standards , they say that if i have not lied in the advert or verberly to them ,they have not got a chance of getting there money back ,

 i spoke to them to day they now saying that half of the money will do towards another car ,
  i dont think so ,

if they call again say you are calling the police. it harsment and you are in the right. let them get the fine.

She is throwing more money away going down that route. As I said earlier, as long as you said or did nothing to misrepresent the car before sale, she hasn't a hope in hell. Mind you, I feel sorry for her if the car just decided to give up the ghost after she bought it, but that's life isn't it?

it is bad luck , only passed mot in march ,so nothing really bad was wrong with it ,
 just wanted some tlc on the arches like normal ,
