Diesel/petrol engine swap

Am thinking of transplanting a 2.0 dti engine into my 2.0 petrol.I will have the other complete car to do the swap.what i want to know is how hard is it to do and except from the engine and ecu what other bits will i need to change.
P.s they are both 1998 models

Is it worth it?

The 2.0 TD is pretty powerless, the X20XEV is not a bad engine.

For running costs LPG may be a better idea

The seller only wants £200 for the diesel as it failed on rust and he is the original owner.it's only done 52k and compared to a LPG convetion at around £1800-£2000 thought it may be cheaper to do.
