My driver door opens by itself usually when i go over potholes , speedhumps and the like presume its the catch but has anyone else had this problem thanks .

Had this happen before, replaced mine twice upto now. Part of the mech in the catch wears and it wont stay in the latched position a good jolt or knock will have the door open. A trip to the local scrapy for a replacement, last one i had was £5 including the lock motor.
