Hope you get better soon.  They sign you off so you can relax, do nothing, and recharge.

I'm in all day/evening.  The state of my stomach, I am not venturing too far from my bathroom ;)

Worrying noise as in the noise of a failing tensioner....

Best thing to do is to go to work. If you're up for promotion the last thing you want is a week off work.  :y

Agreed - HR won't let me go to work if I'm signed off though. And I genuinely don't really feel up to it, at the moment.

I'll go back guns blazing after the weekend :y

Look after number one James, it gets boring sometimes being off work but if you relax and enjoy the "freedom" for a week, you'll feel much better for it!

.....just don't have it running for 13 months plus....   ::)  Can get a tad boring after a while...   ;)

I've just thought of something I could do.

Get a set of tent pegs to replace the couple that I bent, and send that tent back up that I keep forgetting about  :-[
