Had problems with mechanics I recomend him he tells you what you need done at a sensible price not what he feels like

Didn't take you long to get home  ;D

Your welcome Kai, it drives really nice now, plus your heaters work ;D ;D ;D

Have to have a play with the starting thing next time perhaps at the Lakes Meet ;)

Shouldn't these posts start with the text;
"The following is a paid for presentation on behalf of Pinkie's Motor Services"?  ;D ;D

I'm glad to hear that Kai...good news  :y
James, I think the issue is that it won't start first time, on the second attempt it fires up straight away with no problem though. I've seen the car a few times, and it seems to do it everytime from memory.

Too true, Daz visited me to sort a small concern Tuesday morning and it was done in short order and to his usual very high standard. I do not need to mention the cost because it was just as exceptionally reasonable as the last job and was with VX/GM parts!
I fully agree with your comments m8, Daz goes out of his way to help anyone in need. If you need a job done you need to have full confidence in the person doing it. Daz one of the ones you can have that cofidence in and his chatter tells you he knows his 'eggs'. If you have him make sure you feed him up on decent bacon butties though, and keep the coffeee rolling! Top man, certainly one of the best in the repair game I have come across in nigh on 40 years, and a great bloke too.  :y :y :y
Pity my legs are kaput cos I would have loved to get on that bike   :o:D
No doubt someone will have a dig at this, in fun I hope, but what the hell - in my book the praise Daz gets he rightly deserves.  ;D

Didn't we suspect leaky injectors on this one? Or is that why its now had new injectors?

I had the self same problem, no codes showing but asked on here & turned out to be a faulty/lazy cam sensor (thanks to welung666 :y). Since replacing the sensor, it has started 1st time, every time. :y HTH ;)
