Key fobs for the clueless
« on: 23 April 2010, 20:25:52 »

Just got back from hols to find key fob wouldn't work.  Very embarrassing as neighbours watched me sitting in car working out how to stop alarm going.

Finally got to VX garage where they told me (with weary look on face  :-?) to put key in ignition, turn to second position then push the lock/unlock buttons a few times to "reset" the key.

Embarrassement over...
Just in case there are any other numties like me out there  :P:-X

I guess reading the handbook is always an idea, but I did put my gender into my profile - sot there's my excuse!
