Facelift rear bumper removal
« on: 25 April 2010, 12:46:02 »

I need to whip off my bumper, spare wheel is out, rear plastic panel is out.

What do I need to remove please?

I am rewiring my towbar and the cable is too thick to push through the existing route.

Thanks

Martin

Screw in side the edge of the wheelarch (through the liner), about 4 screws across the top edge of the bumper (would be under the closed boot lid) and a couple of push pins underneath IIRCC :y

Are you sure the cable won't push through with a little "encouragement"? Mine did!

Fairly liquid might help it slip through too.
