You are suppose to test for glucose level when starved for 12 hours

It makes a difference when you last ate....anything over 7 is considered needs further testing  :(

I bought a digital blood pressure tester.......it was rubbish.....it always said mine was fine......but when tested by doc with 'old fashioned' tester......mine was high.........

I find it's best to take several readings to compare ... inc first thing in the morning before breakfast...

Before breakfast and no coffee or tea, just water.......to get an accurate reading  :y

My blood pressure increases by about 30 mmHg whenever I'm anywhere near a doctor. Took my electronic tester in for "calibration" last time I was there and it was spot on.

Oh, and I've got a life expired oxygen cylinder in the garage from a glider. There's still plenty in it. Not exactly first aid kit size though. :-/
