I am trying to find the max recommended tow ball weight loading  for my car. Also what should the tyre pressures be when towing with 2 people in the car

I tend to leave tyres at 32 psi & the towball weight is 70 or 75 kgs (can't remember which  ::)) but I struggle to acheive it even with just the gas & caravan spare in the front locker. Thank god for self leveliing suspension  ::)  ;)  ;)
