whalan. very fast idle

fast idle,cleaned throttlehousing replaced idlevalve.still idles between 1500-3000rpm desperate for any remarks.many thanks.

Don't change parts on a hunch.

Do you have any fault codes stored? If so, investigate them, if not, look for air leak.
