check it yourself, compression test it, but if it HAS slipped that much..........lose the heads  ::)

I'll be seeing him now on 2nd Jan. I think he might just want to get rid. If he does, I will probably have it off him...if the price is right.

Ok Ladies and Gentlemen...my friend has decided to sell. He has been initially offered £200 from a scrappie, but he would prefer to sell it as a repair job. Offers IRO £200...just a bit more info...silver, R reg, CDX 2.5, full black leather, not sure of the mileage but it isn't astronomical, plus it has got a full VX service history.

Do you mean you can do the technical bit of changing the cylinder head etc if crushed valves is the only problem...?
