Seeing as it's summer i've decided to tackle the increasing list of jobs that need doing on the mig.

Major one is the rear bumper - I rather stupidly backed into a steel post at a petrol station recently and have bent the bumper quite badly, so it'll need changing.

I've got a facelift elite, so it has parking sensors - apart from that, are the bumpers that same on most facelifts? or do they differ on elites?

(I think mines a star silver Z147, if anyone has a bumper to sell) - how do you find out the paint colour?

I was an enormous plonker and managed to do it quickly enough (I thought I was backing into an open space) that the sudden beeping didn't save me. Yes, I am stupid, and I now have to buy a bumper and fit the damn thing to pay the price...

I was an enormous plonker and managed to do it quickly enough (I thought I was backing into an open space) that the sudden beeping didn't save me. Yes, I am stupid, and I now have to buy a bumper and fit the damn thing to pay the price... 

    
saloon & estate rear bumpers are different from each other

I know saloon and estate rear bumpers are different, but I wanted to know if the elite bumpers are different from the other models (with the obvious exception of parking sensors)...

  sorry. I doubt it. Pre facelifts are slightly different in that they have asection at the botton that's body coloured, but other wise thy're the same.I would think face lift are the same.

i'd give steve at www.omegaspareparts.com a call. the chances are he either has one in the right colour, or with the sensors. 
i smacked a deer one night last october   needing a new bonnet i rang steve. he had one the right colour which i collected the next morning and had fitted in time to work that night.
if he hasn't got one he'll know what cars he's got lined up.
