Please can some one give me a how to on changing them...  am not a very mechanically minded person...

There already is one - see the index at the top of Maintenence Guides section :y

(it includes changing discs, but you can ignore that section)

Using a G-Clamp with the old pad aids pushing the caliper piston back...

I always use a jaw type oil filter wrench as wide jaws and pusshes poisron back nicely.
