Genuine VX is recommended for longevity.

I fitted a Bosch one from a factor and it's identical to the Vx one but it didn't clear the code 19... It did run fine though

Replaced it with a genuine Vx, code went but came back about a month later. Been showing a code 19 ever since (18 months) but runs fine. I keep the Bosch one in the boot as my spare

Vauxhall part for this is Bosch!

Its Bosch management, so everything else is.

Vaux get them in from Bosch, if not its NTK.

As said before, just because something is made in the same factory as A N Other named brand, doesn't mean that they're  made to the same spec. HP beanz are made at Kitt Green .... but they're not the same as the proper beanz.

But I wasn't disagreeing with you... I fitted a Bosch one and still had the fault code... I replaced it with a Vx one and still had the fault code so can't say either way
