Check the wiring on the 2 lambda sensors on the passenger side (sensor 1 is closest to the engine ;) ).

Thank you for the reply i have today had the car on ramps and checked the wiring on both sensors and seam to be o.k a few weeks ago i had a sensor replaced as managment light was on then, did not find out which one until today it was the one after cat on passenger side . There was no leak on manifold so does this mean i have got to replace the the sensor before the cat , thanks for the help :)

It looks like they changed the wrong sensor! Do you have the one they replaced? If not, go fetch it and move the new one up to pre-cat and re-fit the old one post-cat :y
