Hi Greenman

I recently changed mine as part of its service and got a set of AC Delco R7002 from a local motor factors.
I cant remember how much they were but quite inexpensive.
The car runs well even if they were a cheaper option.

I tend to stick to the GM twins in my Omegas (V6s).  If I had a 2.2, I would do likewise.  If you have access to Tradeclub, I think they come in at around a tenner (+VAT) for 4.

I would not recommend the quads, as I feel it shields the spark to much, and who would leave sparkplugs in for 80k!

Although the quads are rated for 40k, I would change at 20k to be honest.

My quads had been in for nothing like 40k let alone 80k but they were goosed when I removed one to just take a look as I was doing my cam covers.
