Is the parcel shelf pre marked on the underside  for cutting out the strip for the blind ???? as I may have to resort to this as im hitting brick walls in trying to find a shelf in black that is pre cut

You can always do the second hand car dealer trick and spray the shelf with matt black spray paint. Don't laugh it really does work, and works well especially on rarely used trim bits.

I have done this on a shelf and on a headrest  :y

Just to add the dealers used to get hatchbacks in with massive holes in rear parcel shelves where people fitted speakers. They bought any colour shelf for the car, and just painted it. Tenner for shelf, £5 can of paint = much higher price for car they are trying to off load.

Just remember lots of thin coats, it will look rubbish if you don't put enough paint on, and you must spray from all angles.

I promise you it does work, it may leave a slightly rough surface, but who will no on a parcel shelf.
