Camber and tracking?
« on: 12 January 2008, 18:16:48 »

I know that WIM do all this BUT for anyone in the  berkshire area near Reading The local tyre place MERITYRE in Purley Reading also have the same equipment as WIM has just bought the DSP600.

The price for the set up I think is £65 for four wheel laser tracking and camber and castor check plus £10 per wheel for adjustment. From what they were telling me all the MERITYRE branches have this equipment so someone could double check this information as well. If this is true at least some of the omega owners wouldn't need to travel to Hemel Hempstead to get it done. I'm Not trying to take away Tony's business away but thinking of distance for some people just a thought thats all. Having said that Tony's capped price for forum members is better than Merityre.

You could also check out this web site. http://www.alignmycar.co.uk/.

It gives details of other places with this kit. From what I can gather, from reading numerous threads on here, it is equally important that the place with the kit knows how to interpret the results as well as what to set the camber to.  :y
